No third season has been announced, so at this point the answer is no. That doesn't mean it won't happen though, theres always a chance. Season two covered pretty much everything in the manga, so if a third season ever comes it won't be for a while..

I doubt it really. Like Junjo Romantica, it will most likely end with season 2. At most there might be OVA's or special episodes but no season 3. It would be awesome if there were though.
