Describe your relationship with your older brother (younger sisters only!!!)?

  • so i'm writing a story that mentions an older brother with a younger sister, and needed some help. i have an older brother, but i wanted to see how its like for other people, so help please!!

    I have two older brothers. My older brother who is 4 years older than me, I'm not all that close to. I also have 9 other siblings besides my two older brothers, so I rarely hung out with that particular brother. I would much prefer to hang out with my sisters. My brother who is 14 years older than me though, we're really close. He was my mentor and my confidant. As a young child I never played much with him because he was so much older than me, but if I had a question and needed advice, he would always be the one I would go to. He was the one who would help me with homework, and he was the one who I would stay up until two in the morning talking to. Now we're both married and we both have kids and we live in different countries, but thanks to Skype, I still talk to him often. My brother 4 years older though, I talk to him maybe twice a year when we have a family get-together. He has a learning disability, and I guess as a kid I thought I was smarter than him, and I hated talking to him because I felt like he wasn't very smart. As we've gotten older I've learned that he is smart in other ways and that I can't judge him because of that. I've just always been more intellectual, and so we just didn't really click. When we were little though, he was the one who taught me how to climb trees, and we would play with marbles and legos together.

Me and my brother are three years apart. We shared a room until I was 3. Then we moved into a bigger house where we each got our own room. I remember I would go into his room at night and we would watch the stars. Especially on Christmas. I would crawl into his bed and we would watch for Santa's sleigh. We've never really fought. We've been pretty close. And now he's 18 and the other day I hit in the face with an apple at lunch and he was about to go fight the guy (who we a freshman(my age) which means it would be illegal and he would to jail). But since he is about I graduate he is getting all the attention and I feel like I don't exist. But really we've had a very good relationship.

Me and my older brother are 3 years apart and even as adults, we don't get along. We have never gotten along well and now it's even worst. As a younger sister, we are seen as the inferior person. Older brothers don't like to admit when they are wrong and that can always cause conflict. However, no matter what happens, I know he will always be there for me in a time of need and I would always be there for him. Hope this helps!!

I am 15 myy big bros 22. We have always got along. I mean i kinda feel guilty cuz he was the one to always take us places and he was really good to us. I mean like when me and my sisters were younger he would take us to the fair, and the the amusement park, the the playground, to go sledding. And every year he would help us make a snowman. Me and him were really close, and i really love him. He is always there for me, but i just dont think i repay him. Forexample, i never bought him anything for his B-day but everyyear he sends something for my bday. The persone i have a problem with is my twin sister and my younger sister that is 2 years younger then me. My big bro has always been my favorite i guess. I hope that helps!

Me and my older brother grew up in separate homes so our relationship is different than the usual. Usually we are ok but lately we have been fighting constantly. I personally think its because I am actually doing something with my life and he is not.

my older brother is such a great man that takes care of his family but b4 he had his family he would always sacrifice things for us...like gave me the last food or wateva nd very protective like didnt want me to have boyfriends nd didnt let me go out alone but very loving he always someone i can count on
