Will an Xbox 360 configured flash drive work just like a normal hard drive?
-
So I have an Xbox 360 slim, and am currently trying to find a safe way around the whole "only expensive and huge hard drives available" crap Microsoft screws you with. I read any flash drive between 1 GB and 16 GB can be used as storage. If I configure a flash drive to use as storage, can I save games, downloads, and online stuff to the flash drive as if it were a hard drive or the internal memory unit? or is the flash drive only good for holding saved files and putting them on a new Xbox?

Answer:
Yes. I use my 4 gig flashdrive with my 360 to save game data and downloads, etc.
