What is the best way to get over fear of spiders?

Fear of all spiders :) ?

  • I would love to know how to get over a phobia of spiders. I really don't like spiders and even if I see a tiny one I will still scream, it's just an automatic reaction now. Is there any way of over coming my fear?

    Just think that it's more scared of you that you are scared it. I mean we are bigger than them. Try getting a hypnosis to help you. Get the spider onto a paper and cover it with something like a cup, then let it go. Know that the spiders never done anything to you. Start drawing little cartoon spider then you'll get use to see them.

To overcome your fear you must FACE IT. So if you see a spider, try to get near it. If possible catch it (small ones). Depending on your region of the world, you may have venomous spiders so watch out. The most feared is the black widow spider. If you get the chance to hold on, try it. Also Google the 'camel spider' it is known for it's huge size. Remember to face it and good luck overcoming it.

Fast and easy if you got the nerve, next time you see a spider, just pick it up in your hand and let it crawl hand to hand while watching it, then turn it loose un harmed.
