Bump in the back of the neck?

Hard, small bump on the back of neck? 19 year old, healthy female?

• Hey guys, Before I start, I have one serious case of hyperchondria/cyberchondria, I am a worrier when it comes to my health and suffer from anxiety. Moving on, last night I was laying in bed, leaning on my elbow and I had my fingers resting on my neck. I came across a small, firm bump on the back of my neck, just below my hairline. It's not moveable, and almost feels like a knot/muscle tissue. It's not really noticeable and you can't feel it when my neck is upright, only when I tilt all the way over to the left, nor does it hurt to touch. It's about the size of a pea, maybe a fraction bigger. My neck is a little sore and stiff as I've been sleeping really awkwardly lately, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. Also, I've been having horrible wisdom tooth pain recently on that side, along with an ear ache, also on the same side. I'm really worried incase I have something serious. Anyideas as to what it might be? Thank you :)
