My Ipod Touch (4g) wont let me update my apps. Help!!!?

I have a ipod 4 and it will let me download apps but when I go to update them, it asks for my password and when I press enter it says, "Cannot connect to Itunes store". Does anyboy know a fix? Its not jailbroken.

If this happens, then consider visiting the Update setting and then, update your device... Good luck!
