Connect PC to Samsung TV Wirelessly?
-
I am trying to set up where i can use my tv as my computer monitor. The TV is a Samsung LED 8000 Series. Whenever i change the source of the tv to pc, it says check signal cable. I believe that i have a wire running from the router to the tv for this purpose (or something like that, i am not really sure.) Do i need to use Anynet+ for this or do i need to buy anything in order to use the tv as a monitor? Because i was informed that all i needed was the wire, but i am not sure how to get the 2 devices to connect or recognize each other. Do i have to use another source like AV (i dont know what AV is). Also, i checked the tv manual to see how it is done, and it says change the pixels to 1920x1080, but my computer wont reach that setting. the manual doesnt say anything else but changing the pixels. please help?
