How to save Fox session manager files if reinstalling Windows?

Can anyone PLEASE tell me - How to save Fox session manager files as I have to reinstall windows to 64 bit. I have 5 browsers open and each of them contains a lot of pages, all together over a hundred. I can not lose it as all my research is in there. Thank you.

Answer:
Assuming you are referring to firefox, on the menu select history and select the pages you want to keep, copy and paste them in a notepad files. Reinstalling windows will delete everything that is on your harddrive, storing sessions as a file is not possible.
