How do I get rid of my fat rolls on my stomach?!?!?!?!?

I'm 15 and going on holiday in 2 months and I want a flat belly, I quite like everything about my body apart from my belly, when I lean down its just rolls, it's discusting it comes over my shorts/trousers...I don't want this!! I have recently started running 2 miles every other day and I swim regularly for 30 minutes, I do eat some junk but I've cut out snacking, I have data when I eat really bad and some days when I eat really well...what can I do to get my curves back? I would be do grateful for any advice!xxxx

Sounds like you are on the path already to getting toned abs! The only way to lose weight is to do all over exercise. Targeting certain areas doesn't work, so don't even bother with crunches and what not! You lose the weight in reverse of the order you gained it, so the stuff you most recently gained will be the first to go. If that's your stomach, it'll flatten out within 2 months! There are also some cleanses you can do to speed up the process. I really like this drink that I get at the grocery store called "Hollywood star diet" or something like that. It's a huge jug that costs like 18 bucks and lasts for 2 days. What you do with it is you mix a certain amount with a bottle of water and then only drink that, no food, for 2 days. You can lose up to 10 pounds! If you do that like every other week, you'll probably be in great shape! Also, try to focus on eating only green veggies, fruit, fish, and chicken! Any red meat, sweets, fried things, etc. are icky when losing weight! It's okay to snack as long as you are eating something healthy, like celery and carrots! In fact, that's even preferable because then you will eat less at dinner since you are somewhat full, and eating a little constantly will cause your stomach (as in the organ) to eventually shrink because the fullest it will ever get is only partially so your stomach will shrink to match that. Then, you won't need to eat as much to feel full anymore unless if you stretch it back out! Which leads to more weight loss!
