How to write an apology/explanation letter because i failed to maintain my grades for my scholarship?
-
I failed to maintain the required grade for my scholarship. I believe I did not deserve that grade, it's just that our instructor, you can say, wasn't the best teacher. I would like to ask one more chance because I can' t pursue my studies without the said scholarship. I promise this time I can do better. In fact, I'll do my best.

Answer:
when I was in college an instructor told our class, "It's not my job to teach you, it's my job to guide you to the material you need to study, we do not meet often enough for me to cover everything. It's your job to teach yourself, it's called studying. If you can't handle it, maybe you don't belong in college."
