Can the school and police find out I made a fake account?

  • Hi I got beat up yesterday physically in School I have lumps everywhere on my head and my head is that damaged I can't lift it up because it feels to heavy. she did this because I mocked her on the account she found out because I was using BBM as the account but originally on Facebook I used BBM as my account at first then used it as the fake one. I know Full well Facebook Is very protective and you can never sue it. Will the police and my school find out? I don't have a BBM anymore I have a I phone? Do I dengh everything I can't confess now because iv given my statement? Thanks no silly or horrible answers or quotes :)

they can access phone records and prove that the messages were in fact coming from your old phone. they do this by phone number and by accessing account information, i.e the account you use to pay your bill or your parents use to pay the bill. It will come back to bite you in the *** if you lied to the police about this. =/
