Bartenders, what are your hours?

In Idaho what if i didn't get paid time and a half after 40 hours a week all the way thru my employ and a half?

• In Idaho what if i didn't get my time and a half pay after 40 hours a week and never got it all the way thru my employment with this business owner? What if she didn't pay the time and a half pay after the 40 hours a week of my pay? Because i have been working 48 hours a week for 2 years in Idaho and most of the time i even worked more than 20 hours above the 48hours sometimes and never got any time and a half she only told me i would get 12 hours overtime when i would work 25 hours more but now i don't even know if i even got that because of her not paying me what she promised me i would get paid plus the time and a half over 40 hours? I don't trust how she is paying me and lied about my pay. What should i do? Do i have any legal action? And every time i ask her about my pay she tells me if i don't like it i should quit. But, then i don't know if i could get unemployment? Can she fire me because of not wanting to pay what she agreed? Except she expects me to quit so she can keep me from getting unemployment? But, i believe that the only way she can do that if i didn't do my Job. And I've seen many mistakes by her job performance concerning the elderly clients. Can i get unemployment if i quit? And because she tends to harass me on certain things that she trained me on but, yet, she is 70 years of age so i don't say anything when she screams at me in front of the elderly clients.Can anybody answer my questions?
