Chances at getting into the University of Florida?

• Hello everyone. I am a junior in high school. I am also dual enrolled with a local university. I currently live in Louisiana. I plan to go I to the nuclear engineering field and I know that UF has a great program for this. This has been my dream since I was 10yrs old. Here are my credentials 3.7 unweighted GPA My weighted must be very high as I am in all honors classes. My ACT is a 28. I took the writing as well. I plan to take ot again and maybe get a 30. I am founder and president of our school's sigma club. It is a science, math, and engineering club. Composed of over 50 members who voted me as president and I also got voted president for next year. I also helped to start our school's science Olympiad team. I am Co-Captain of that. I don't know if this counts for much but I have a huge passion for science. I actually have my own cloud chamber that I built and I am working on research projects for our school. I placed at district literary rally for physics. I competed in state as well. My recommendation letter will be amazing, written by my physics teacher is a P.H.D in particle physics. He worked with many world class physicists and specialized in neutrino physics. He is a teacher now only because he wants to create more science majors.   You know, no one out here really has any idea. Your record looks good on paper, but we cannot predict anything about your chances of getting accepted. You high school guidance counselor, if there is one, should be much more familiar with the colleges in your region than us random strangers on the internet. I'm curious who your physics teacher is. I know a few people who were heavily involved in neutrino research and astronomy from the 60s through the 90s.
