What is my sons legal right as an Autistic child?

Help please my child was set up for adoption without my knowledge where do i go to get fathers rights involved?

  • how do you get the fathers rights advocates to be involved in your paternity case?my rights were robbed? My rights were taken before I even had a chance, I didnt know of my sons birth so didnt know of the 31first day after the birth must be registered through paternity registry..please can anyone help me i have a lawyer but we are wanting to get fathers rights involved it is crazy that my child can be taken from me without my knowing, A father should have equal rights as a mother after all if its the other way around and the mother wants child sapport a father pays or sits behind bars yet we dont have the right to know if a mother sets our child up for adoption....Thats CRAZY please anyone??? heres more info on my situation Me and my Live in girlfriend of 6yrs has hired a lawyer we need father rights help majorly I Had a child outside of our relationship I wasnt aware that my son had ben born until 2months after his birth as well as no knowledge he was being given up for adoption, They had my rights taken from me without me even knowing he was even born,we went to court this friday to rquest a new trial and the judge dnied we plan to apeal really need some direction on how to get father rights involvd. Its unconstintutional that i could be robed of the chance to raise my son without any choice please help me.IT Shouldnt Be legal to ripp a father of his rights without him signing them away, when If its child saport the mother is wanting Good luck on getting out of that but yet Let a father want his child and be willing to raise him, O well thats not his choice. Its crazy that i Am Having to go through all this to try and raise MY Son.. They say they followed the statue and the judge agrees and maybe they did but my point is I dound out march 8 that my son was born jan 12, mY Fiance Immediately got incontact with her mutual friend of they girl who I had gotten preagnant and through them she reached out to babys mother. In doing so she was tolled the baby was born as well as she had given him up. See i wasnt aware of the birth so i was past the 31 days of filling with paternity regerstry. But I attempted to do so any how as well as got a lawyer and filled suit in the county my son was born in to stop all in motion ect. Before we made it to that court date we recieved a paper where in feb they had filled In Dallas county wich is 2hrs from where any of us live, to have his rights taken and the judge actually signed off on it . so we filled a motion for a new trial and arrived ready for a trial and in hopes that the judge would grant our request when she heard our side ect, She never cared to even hear what we had to present. I need some direction. I have a lawyer but we are hoping to shed light on this kind of situation so that Fathers can be given a choice just as the mother is. The goverment doesnt give a choice rather or not they want to pay child sapport, But yet are never given the chance to be a father if a mother doesnt want them to. I read your article and hoped that you could help me I feel like if this is just a regular trial and no attention is brought to it then in the end im going to be out alot of money and still not with my son. Something has got to be done to protect this from happening to other fathers. If you have any advice or direction can you please get in touch with me, By the way we live in the state of texas my name is Christopher my Fiance is Ashely Our email address is [email protected] 5 days ago .

http://protectingourchildrenfrombeingsold.wordpress.com/about/something-every-parent-should-have-a-how-to-booklet-never-trust-anyone-from-cps/ This website has a bunch of different topics I read it yesterday and it talked about a father's rights being terminated for an adoption with out him being notified and had it overturned for violating his constitutional rights. My answer was to give you all the other cases that have been won in cases for the parents but yahoo answers deemed my answer too long

A lawyer is the best person to ask and I hope that you can do something about this as babies deserve to be with at least one natural parent.

To the person saying it's "too late" and he should have kept in touch, isn't that a two way street? Shouldn't the mother of also kept in contact with the father of her unborn child? To the OP, I'm sorry I really am. A child deserves a father in their life. Be prepared for a nasty fight. I hope and pray that things turn out in your favor. A father should never have to be in this situation.

Too late, you should have kept in touch with the birth mother throughout her pregnancy then you would have known when her son son was born. You bailed out on her after you had your fun, so now live with the consequences of your actions.

You're by no means alone; it's happening to many fathers - you can read some of their stories in the link below and perhaps make contact with people who might be able to help. one of the fathers has a good site with lots of info here: http://www.babyselling.com/ I'm sorry the agency was unscrupulous, there are alot of those out there - all they want is to make $$$$$$$$ off the backs of babes and by-pass fathers rights in a variety of ways (like publishing a 'legal notice' in some publication nobody will ever see rather than contacting the father directly or ensuring the birth and adoption takes place in a different state to which the father lives)
