How To Install Apps On Galaxy Mini?

NEED HELP ASAP!Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 won't connect to PC?

So yeah I just bought a new galaxy mini 2 awhile ago but it won't connect to pc through that usb thingy.(I was about to install apps and everything) I even installed the newest version of Kies but still,DOESN'T WORK!So I wish someone can help me out.Cuz I'm getting nuts in here! FIY:If you're going to suggest the wireless connection option,so sorry cuz I don't have wifi connection at home T__T (also encountered problem when I'm about to set up my new wifi router) Thanks in advance!

BUY a bluetooth adapter and connect TO PC , Restart PC, then Connect bluetooth to the PHONE, instructions will describe how in the manual
