Acne problems =( please help!?

  • I have an acne problem. I don't only have acne, I have blackheads and pimples (zits). Is there a face wash I could use daily or weekly or whatever to help me get rid of acne, blackheads and pimples? If you know any natural remedies then that's fine =) I've been suffering from acne since I was 11 (now I am 13). If you have a face wash, face scrub etc only for acne or only for blackheads or only for pimples (zits) then that's fine also. PLEASE HELP!

I suggest a better diet, and cleansing your face every morning to refresh your skin for the day and at night to cleanse and draw dirt and oil that you collected during the day. Sometimes acne is caused by stress so you can start by relaxing or doing yoga to reduce stress. The best Natural treatment would be to apply lime juice on the pimples. This is good for acne as well as its scars. Just slice a small piece of lime and apply the lime juice as well as the juice of the lime skin and let it dry. You might get a burning sensation - do not worry about it. The best is to do it before going to bed.
