IPod Touch connected to internet, but won't load pages?

  • I have a 4th generation iPod touch, and the internet has worked fine for months now, But about a week or 2 ago the internet randomly wouldn't connect. It says it's connected in the settings, and it shows the network name, and the connection at the top, but whenever I try to load a page in Safari or the app store, It just doesn't load. In Safari it says the page won't load, or it just sits there loading, Like is does in the app store. I recently got a new wireless network adapter for my computer, and that might have messed up something. The "wifi" is on in the settings. It also works fine on my school's Internet network. If anyone has a solution to this, I'd love to hear it.
