Anime Games with Character Creation or Customization?

Are there any FUN anime games for the PS3 or Wii that allow you to make your own character like Dragon Age or Elder Scrolls? Also are there any RECENT anime RPGs or Non RPGs available for the Wii or PS3 that are fun and has at least some form of character customization?

Anime games are limited and a good portion suck, I'd advise going into a new type of SYSTEM such as a PC
