Where can I Get a Financial Assistance for a Career Training Program?

Okay, I'm out of ideas and would really appreciate some help :) I am looking for any information as to where I might get some assistance paying for a career training program I want to enroll in. It is a program, not a school, so they don't have any means of financial aid or anything and I can't apply for student loans or scholarships because they're all for undergraduates and graduates. I looked into personal loans but I would need at least 2500 and I don't have credit history or a cosigner :/ I can't use sites like prosper or anything because they prohibit any loans for the use of education. I saved up about 700 but the tuition is like 4500 (and due in two months) so that won't get me far. Sooo.. Are there anymore options??
