How To Grow Long Hair?

How long will it take to grow 7 inches of hair?

• I'm 17 and I just recently began to really take care of my ethnic (African) hair. It's really thick and annoying so I used to just leave it alone, I don't use flat irons or any of that, I mostly leave my hair to airdry and I barely relax my hair. But still it would break a lot, and I found out about the moisture-protein balance thing that African American hair needs, so I began to do hot oil treatments (my hair seems to love it). So I began a "hair care regimen" for my hair. I don't use much products, mostly natural homemade recipes, but I use: - Hot oil treatments with extra virgin olive oil, and deep condition (mayo, eggs, honey etc.) weekly (when I wash my hair) - I take B-100 complex vitamins daily - Massage my scalp daily with & without olive oil daily, then moisturize and seal - Rub my nails together twice a day for 2-5 mins. (Reflexology - Some people swear it works, but idk, wouldn't hurt to try) - And if I can at any given time, I lay upside down for 5 mins to increase blood circulation My hair breakage is decreasing and my hair looks a bit more healthier/thicker, how long do you think it would take me to grow 7 inches of hair?? Do you think 13 months is reasonable? Idk what my growth rate is lol
