What should I change on this 3D animation that I've made?

Any one here from animation studios?

  • I am interested in animation from childhood and i have made my script for animation which is of sports + action , i wanted this script to be transformed into a 3D animation series . Am a amateur in animation field , i want to start my own animation studio with my planned script , Does any body know how much it will cost me to establish my own 3D animation company , including all the staff n equipments , plz help n am using Poser software for my animation is it good
