What to wear to the Broadway show: dress up or casual?

Should I wear a short ball dress to show off my long legs or wear a long elegant dress?

  • I am nearly 18, 5'11, with green eyes and long (about halfway down my back) dark brown hair with ringlets. The ball is in a few months. POLL: Should I go for a long, elegant ball dress or short one (no higher than just above the knees) to show my long legs off? Go for a long elegant dress. I suggest you don't wear satin though. Even if you cover your legs, doesn't mean you wont compliment them. Just being tall means you have them. If you wear something short, it will make you look even taller. Unless you want everyones attention then go ahead.I also suggest light color for your long dress.
