Can a makeup artist make you look like another person? Like, if you brought a picture in? My friend and I have to do an assignment for drama, and I have to look like her. Could they do that? If they could, what kind of makeup artist? Like what kind of makeup artist would be the best option to go with for the best results? Thanks!
