How not to feel like a loser at college?

I'm depressed, and i feel like me not going to college is going to make me a loser.?

• im 17, and I'm a junior in high school. this year i failed every class but 1 class. I have like 23 credits, so i make them up. but i no how hard high school is, i can't bare thinking of college. my dad is keep trying to make me go, but i rather a nyc job like sanitation. is me not going to college going to make me a bum. I'm looking for a decent living, nothing fancy, and nothing bad. I've been depressed sick over it.

  Talk to your dad and reason with him. Your dad is just concerned about your well-being and your future. But you can't let your dad decide your future. If you don't want to go to college, then don't go. If you want to do a simple job, then do it. It'll be hard to try and cope if the job does not give much of a pay. But you can always find another job while you're taking one job. Dream what you want to dream, go where you want to go, be what you want to be. Because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you want to do. Good luck!
