How to make working butterfly wings?

Is there any point in working off junk food?

  • I ate over 1200 calories today (which is above what I'm supposed to eat) which consisted of bbq wings, 3 bags of chips (baked lays potato, doritos, and some cheesy ones), 6 inch turkey subway wheat sandwich, special k bar, 2 chocolate bars, strawberries and laffy taffies. According to fitnesspal it was something around 1500 I worked off 500 on the eliptical and did some yoga But I read somewhere that it's pointless to exercise if you nutrition isnt good/if you fuel yourself wrong. I don't usually eat like this but I've been really stressed and restrained myself for a week with only healthy foods so today I guess I cracked and binged /: I'm a 17 female. 5'4 111 pounds. I want to work out some more. Is it true that working out wont make a difference if you binge on bad foods?

  • Answer:

No not true at all. You should not be binging! Unless you have some special condition where you have no other choice than to binge. You just need to work out more and drink lot's of water and keep off the sugar for a while (Until you're back in shape) and anyone telling you that binging is the solution, I'm sorry but they're full of crap! Binging will actually sometimes make it worse. It can harm your body when you force it to puke. Just exercise plenty, eat healthily and get to bed at a reasonable hour. Hope this helped and good luck!
