Do I have to get a Masters Degree before a PhD?

If u want 2 eventually get a phD, does it matter where got masters degree as long as grad schl grades r good?

What matters most for a PhD program is research experience. Also, you don't have to do the master's and PhD separately. Many people who do a PhD in a science/engineering field go directly to a PhD program after a bachelor's. You just do the coursework/exams/thesis for the master's as part of the program.
