I have a Friend who was accused of child molestation when it Never even happen My friends Sister had a Baby with a Guy that want to Jail for Robbery and spent over Seven Months in County Jail His friend that helped him with the Robbery Got out of Jail early with Four Months Because he told Police Officers about what happen when my sisters Babys Daddy got out of jail in 2008 My Friends sister sent him a Pic. of his Jail friend Holding the baby with the Words Happy Valentine's day My Friends Sisters Baby's daddy He Replyed with "You're Family IS Gonna Pay" the Next Morning he Reported my Friend as a Child Molester after Four Months of being investigated on Child Molestation Charges he came out and Said I Lied He Never did it and all Charges were dropped...in 2011 His other Sisters Baby's Daddy Started all Charges back up and filed on him Again saying Charges Before were True and Reported my Friend Started Child Molestation investigated all over again this Time Child Protection Services Placed My Friend Under House Arest untill Charges were Dropped Charges were Dropped Five Months Later he Has waited One Year to let everything die down before calling a Lawyer How can my Friend get a Lawyer when he has No,Money to pay for one is there a Texas Lawyer that can help him

Basically, the State should have prosecuted the first time, even on the word of a convicted criminal, but should not have the second time, after finding out that the accuser was a criminal, and admitted to lying about the same charges, that was criminal irresponsibility by the state of Texas.
