Windows Live ID Help?

I have a Xbox 360 account but I have had an issue with it from the start. The Windows Live ID for my account is not correct. I do not know the password for it and the email does not exist according to Gmail.com. Is there any other way to change the Windows Live ID with a new account without getting a new Xbox Live account. Thanks to who ever helps me :)
