Problem loading image in Battlefield 4 Free?

When ever I play Battlefiled 4 free. (for relaxing purposes) It comes up saying in a messed-up message box that says: Error loading image: http://cdn.battlefield.play4free.com//en.statics/20120425095923/images/game Now I am not sending you guys a link, it just says it in the message box. please help!

Answer:
Maybe delete BF Play4Free from your folders. C Drive-Program files (x86)- EA Games. Delete the folder, and reinstall the program.
