How to confirm your address for PayPal without a credit/debit card, bank account, or a working landline?

Is there a way to confirm your PayPal address without a credit or debit card, a bank account, or a landline? I don't want to go through the hassle of opening a new account or apply for a credit/debit card. I don't have a landline, as I just rely on my mobile phone, and don't want to have to pay for both. Is there any way to confirm your PayPal address without any of these?

Paypal will send a text message to your mobile phone to identify your identity and you can add money to your PayPal account using GreenDot MoneyPak's. You can also get a disposable debit card from many places (WalMart, CVS, 7-Eleven, etc) just load a small amount ($50-$100, etc) and register the card online so that it will have your address, mobile number and zip code for verification.
