What are the common usage of python programming language?

What to programming language to learn after Python?

  • As a complete, absolute beginner to the programming world. I understand any programming language takes years to get good at, and much longer to master, so I've done research and it has been suggested that Python is a good beginner language. Although, what could come after that? A good, second language to learn that can also be used to do a variety of things? Is Java too complicated? Would a preferable one be C or C++? C#? Thanks.

  • Answer:

Java is a good choice. So is C#. I doubt very much that anyone would seriously try to claim that Java was more complicated than C++.

Looking threw Job applications in my area, I would have to say there is a higher demand for Java Developers. Java is not more completed then many other languages. If you know python you know most of java, Just somethings change like syntax. I would think C# would be another good one.

I find C# is the easiest and it's also one of my favorite languages. You should learn that first.
