What types of bacteria live in cooked beef?
-
I have a container that contained cooked ground beef. There are a few "crumbs" of ground beef left. I forgot to take it out of my backpack for 2 weeks. What kind of bacteria is in it? Is it dangerous bacteria? Is the container still washable?
-
Answer:
Salmonella and e.coli are found in beef and are killed when the meat is cooked, but just some soap will clean out your container
