How do I get my grade average?

If 70% of my final grade is a High A, how low can i get in the 30% to average out as an A overall?

• So i'm doing my A level exam in English Literature this June, in AS which is the first year i got a really high A, a mark or two of an A*. In A2 this year which is my final year we do two units as we did in AS where i got two high A's which averaged out as high A. In the first unit i got 27/30 which my teacher said was a mark of an A*. Overall 70% of my English Literature grade is a High A, so i'm wondering what's the lowest grade i can get in my final exam worth 30% to average out as an A?

  27/30 is 90%. I understand that that is the lowest possible A in some places. When I was in high school, 90 was a middle B (88-93). I don't know where you are or what percentage is needed for an A there, but I am shocked to read that 90 is considered a high A by anyone. If I were you, I wouldn't want a lower grade than 90 just to be sure.
