Can someone give me a brief introduction to livejournal?

Can someone please give me an opinion on which introduction to use?

• Thank you so much :)! hey these are two unfinished introductions that I typed up. I like the second one better but my dad likes the first much more. Please tell me which you prefer, thank you! The start of the 1920’s marked a time period like no other. A post WWI era, the 1920’s made for a time to relax, a time to bring change aside from politics for once. It was simple; people just wanted to have fun and amusement, and with that wanting came a revolutionary time period that gave everyone something new to do. With the 1920’s came Model T automobiles, the Harlem Renaissance, the Jazz Age, and much more. However, the 1920’s was not a time period of perfection. Alongside the wonders of the 1920’s came worker strikes, race riots, organized crime and worse of all, the Great Depression. It had an effect for every single person in the U.S, but it was also an opening to many different opportunities. Events such as race riots and the Harlem Renaissance show that two racially connected times can have completely opposing tones, and yet still ensure one thing. The 1920’s were a time of change and opportunity. It was a time period that effected every life in the United States. Previous to the 1920's there was the Progressive Era that focused on the improving of politics and in 1917 the U.S joined WWI. Everything had a serious tone to the citizens in America, but in the 1920's there was a sense of fixing society, culture and leisure time in general. It was an era of high ups that unfortunately ended with low economic downfalls, but nothing like the positive times of the Roaring Twenties could have left such a remarkable impression. The Roaring Twenties brought out the Jazz Age, the Harlem Renaissance, and women's freedom in many aspects. If one group was highlighted most in the Roaring Twenties with both
