Making a new account after getting a permanent paypal limitation?

  • Paypal has permanently limited my paypal account because I allegedly had two accounts using the same email which is against Paypals agreement. If I change my email address, change a letter in my first name on the new account, and use a different bank card do you think they'll catch me again or will I be able to have the new account without any problems? I have also considered using google checkout, will that work with eBay?

    i know google checkout isnt available on ebay. im closing my accout soon as im fed uf both ebay and paypal. right now i dont care if i ever get the £30 in my paypal account

could you not just email ebay customer support? If its an honest mistake they'll likely fix it for you. If it were ebay uk, then I'd ask them to correct your details as under the data protection act, you have a right to ensure that the information they hold on you is correct. Don't know about other countries though, should be the same across Euroland though.
