What are some long hairstyles?

Bl@k women, how long have you been natural and what's your favorite hairstyles?

  • For me, I've been natural for 5 years and my two favorite hairstyles are puffs and twist-outs. What's yours?

    For 5 years now. I wear it out and its huge, I blow dry it to elongate it and to allow gravity to make it fall down. I do ponys, pigtail puffs, buns, wear it up down, I have it colored. I use pipe curlers to give it culr with heat and sometimes flat iron it straight.

My last relaxer was in the beginning of '06 (time flies), I love the curly big afro look. @MissUniverse - I am actually kind of shy myself, but some reason when it comes to my hair I like stand out. Nowadays people don't stare as much, because more black women are wearing the natural look.

not sure why your spelling was relevant but I've been natural since I was 13 so almost 12 years but I haven't used heat in almost 2 years and my favorite style is the twist on a fierce kinda day lol and this ninja bun kind of deal when the twist starts to get old
