Do you think its possible for someone to love someone but still be using them for the most part?

People can like someone and use him or her to their advantage. At the same time, the person likes them and will run errands and do them favours. Sometimes he or she is not fully aware that he/she is being used. In many cases, friends use someone for their own ends. When he or she no longer proves useful they abandon him/her and look for another victim. Such friends are selfish and can be mercenary, too. They expect free service like bearing the expense for groceries, washing the dishes and picking them up at bus terminals every day without footing the bill for petrol. Once the person cannot perform any of these duties, they distance themselves from him/her and ties turn cold. On the other hand, you don't actually use someone you love. You may depend on him/her for doing certain chores, babysitting or providing a monthly allowance. This is a give-and-take relationship and there is a sort of interdependence like the saying, "You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours."

i dont think its possible to love that person your using but if your using them to make someone jelous theres a slight bond there, but its not love
