When will universal studios singapore open?

What should I bring and wear at the Universal Studios Singapore and in the city Singapore?

• I am going to Singapore this May 22 2012. And people say Universal Studios is a must see destination. So I will go there. So I am quite fashionable. Well I am very conscious of m outfit whenever I go. So I know that Singapore is a hot, humid and tropical country. So usually people wear tank tops and shorts. So I am thinking of wearing a tank top and a 3/4 length cardigan with shorts and a F21 open flats. Because I think Universal Studios needs a lot of walking and standing in lines etc. Then while walking around the streets or in a bus to go shopping or eat somewhere.... I am thinking of wearing leggings, tank top, f21 open flats then a sling bag. Then in case the store/restaurant doesn't allow people to go on sleeveless I'll bring a cardigan. Also if ever it gets hot I'll bring a pair of shorts... I'm not sure what to do though, should I just wear leggings and not bring shorts, or wear shorts and bring leggings, or wear either and not bring anything. :/ What/s better to do? I need your help on what to wear in Singapore!

  anything you don't mind sweating in, or colours/materials that don't show sweat. Love Leggings. It's a humid place, but cardigans / shall are nice accessories to shield from the sun . open flats, but runners closed in with ventilation is good. haviana;s are always safe for if an attraction has water. bring both definitely. just incase you change your mind, or feel more comfortable in both. they are easy to mix and match. Sunglasses are a must*
