How to lose the lower body weight naturally?

I am 2 stones over my actual body weight. I haven't gained any weight since 1 year, but struggling to shed that excess fat in my lower body, i.e. hips, thighs and tummy. I tried power walk, brisk walk, even swimming, but nothing seem to move that excess weight. I have given up junk food, fizzy drinks, chocolate and takeaway food. Only having balanced home cooked meal. Given up bread and desserts as well.

Drink plenty of water, this will increase your fat metabolism and keep your circulation healthy, and a glass of orange, carrot, pineapple in between meals. Avoid rice, fried foods, and oily foods as much as possible, these foods are high in fat. Eat oat meal and soya beans, these foods are high in proteins which are good in muscle build ups.
