Are there any newpaper/magazine subscriptions on the android market place that work offline?

I am considering getting a tablet for my commute on a subway in a couple weeks. I want it mostly to read on my commute but when at home i will be using it for web browsing, email, and games. I am hoping to be able to get subscriptions to newspapers/magazine that can be downloaded in the morning and then work offline when in the subway and read the daily news. Is there anything like this that exists?
