Where to buy Xbox 360 $99 dollars?

Hey Guys. I just saw some new about Xbox on internet that Microsoft is releasing a bundle of xbox 4gb+kinect for $99.. It sounds cool but it has 2 year subscription. =/ Will you please tell me how to buy this online and is it available in UK, Canada? and I don't need 2 year subscription and I want to cancel it.. So what will be the termination fee? Thanks!

You cannot get it for $99 without signing up for the 2 year subscription. You can't terminate the subscription either, you'll be stuck paying the payments. If you calculate it out, this investment would cost you more than just buying a normally priced 360. Do NOT fall for it. Go buy a used 360 from a reputable store for around 100-150. You only need it to last another year or two for the next system in 2014 (speculated).
