Can I move a psp go game to friends psp go?

hi..my Q is : can I copy my psp go game..(mhfu) to my pc and then to my friends psp go?..i know they need there own psn acc. and will have to buy a copy of the game...but dont have alot of time to wait for the download on there psp go...and plz no saying psp go is bad :-( u dont like it thats fine but we do..and this is not a what do u think about psp go qustion ;-p thx

I have a feeling that they put the CD-key for each game in the download, to where the game only works if you're on the account that you downloaded it for. But I'm only guessing.
