How to write a short suspense story?

Which story idea is best?

• I am wanting to write a story but I'm not sure between three ideas, which do you prefer. This is what they will be about: 1: this is about the adventure of a pride of lions from the lions' point of view (POV), ever read or heard of the book Warriers into the Wild,? Well this one is similar to it. There are four different prides, FireClan, WindClan, RiverClan and ShadowClan. THe story follows ShadowClan. The four prides (or clans) battle for survival as a disease spreads and kills all the animals (including food like zebras and buffalo and even some clan members) Sounds a bit rubbish but honestly i have brilliant ideas! 2: This story is about a group of teenagers that get trapped in a supposedly haunted old school deserted on top of a hill in the middle of nowhere. None of the kids believe in ghosts apart from a girl. So the others in the group, apart from the girl who believes in ghosts, make a mean plan and pretend that there are ghosts and play along with it. They keep playing tricks on her until one day (they are trapped in there for about a week and the teasing goes on for 2 or 3 days) the girl finds out they are the ones behind the paranormal activity but then something utterly paranormal happens.... the girl blames it all on the other kids but they say that they didnt do it but she doesnt believe them. The truth is that there really are ghosts in the old victorian school... some demons (bad ghosts), some spirits (good ghosts).... 3: the final story idea is a thriller about people who go missing and a sighting of a strange personage(or "creature") seen by a local old mad woman. No one believes her but she is right. People keep going missing for days until a cop finds a mattered, mutilated corpse as if mauled and torn apart by a giant bear or a lion of one of the people who went missing the previous night. It is a suspense mystery about who, or what, is stealing people from the old village and slaughtering them in such a way... So which do you prefer and could you please also think of a name for each story. Thank You Xxx :)

  I actually believe that the first one could really work and there is a lot you could do with it and a lot of different directions it could go. It is also a little bit different from the norm. Title - Call of the Wild? Good luck and please ignore the negative comment left as I think all your ideas have potential.
