Other than a car battery, what else can power up a amplifier?

i've had some sub woofers laying around for a while. and i want to know if there's something else that can power a amplifier in a quick and easy way. what can i connect to the 12v cable to power it?? do i just have to buy another car battery??

get an old computer power supply unit that has the same specs as your amp and u can wire it up, look on youtube on how to do it

Probably. It would take a big damn power supply to run a good sub. Anything more than about three hundred watts would cost you more than the battery.
