How do i study the 10th grade in america california?

California is expensive but entirely feasible. If I were in your situation, I would wait til college and pay International Student fees at a community college. I live in a very expensive area (Monterey, CA) and I pay out of state tuition fees. (same as International student) I really do not know anything about how you can go to a high school. They are privately funded and expensive.

The only way you can go to 10th grade in California is for your parents to pay for a boarding school which is very expensive. You can only go to a free public school if your parents move to California. It would cost them about $30,000 a year. You would need to contact the boarding school to find out all of the specifics.
