It might be a driver issue, so if you have done something similar (like installing it before the crash, replace it with the old one that worked or reinstall it) If it was during boot (windows doesnt boot anymore) try pressing F8 and select safe mode. disable the programs all but microsoft from msconfig, and restart. (if it was solved its a program conflict from there find which one by trial and error and remove it) If it was on boot try to insert the windows 7 disk, and on boot (make sure you had on the bios the CD as first bootable device (before HD)) and load the DVD. select startup repair for windows (something like that). (sometimes its also included on F8 but not always) run the disk for check (safe mode, right click on C, properties, tools tab, check disk) if in that steps gives a lot of errors, usually means disk might fail soon. If it didnt work something might be corrupt in your harddisk and cannot load the OS. that means get a new pc put the old hd to backup everything you need from it. and format it. reinstall windows (you can find videos on youtube if you search clean install windows etc). you could alternately install (custom/advanced option windows on the old partition but do not clear the data. that way you can backup but I dont recomend running on a dmged disk. clean install would be nessesary) At worst you might need to get a new hard disk, dont listen to others that say its the hardware. If it was important errors you wouldnt pass the bios post test (you would hear beep error codes or get the hardware fail msg there).

The BSOD is because of a hardware failure within internal components. Your best bet is to start the computer in safe mode and go to devicedoctor.org and update your drivers. Also, download core temp and make sure the temperature when running the machine is under the Tj. max specified for your processor because that greatly contributed to the likelyhood of getting the BSOD. I'd also recommend taking less pressure of your desktop if you don't have lots of ram or processing power - you can do this by going to Start > run > msconfig.exe > Services > "Hide all Microsoft Services > Disable All > Apply > Start up > Disable all. Hope I helped! If none of these work take it in for repair, they will usually just replace only one part.

Hello World

Possibly a program conflict or ram. Install a program called whocrashed. You can get it from here http://www.resplendence.com/downloads its in the middle of the page under crash analyses tools. download the free home edition. Once it's installed and loaded click on Analize and it will give you a report and the actual module or conflict you are facing. I would buy a new computer and then toss that one out the window, lol.

The blue screen of death http://bsodfixer.com/BSOD/, also known as the blue screen of doom or simply blue screen, is one of the most notorious error messages in Windows based operating systems. To fix blue screen errors, you can safely assume that there's something going seriously wrong in your operating system. Unfortunately for us, and even the highest trained computer technicians, fixing the blue screen of death isn't always as simple as we'd like it to be, and it can take an obscure amount of PC knowledge to get to the root of the problem. 90% registry cleaner can fix the blue screen.

It is probably a driver issue. I don't know your hardware setup but based on your blue screen dump, it looks like a Via driver of some kind. Do you have via audio card of some kind? Do an f8 and from the menu choices choose system restore and take the computer back to a time before the problem began. You can also try booting to safe mode. Update your Via driver.

The last time I had this problem was when my hard disk worn out. It is finished. I suggest you change to a new hard disk to try it. You may have over format your hard disk.
