What to wear for a college interview?

What do i wear for a college interview???????

  • Iv got a college interview for a photography course but i dont know what to wear i was thinking of having black trousers, grey n black stripy top with a long black jumper or a red and black jumper, what do you think??? what else could i wear??????? thanks

    What I've always learned about business casual for interviews is: the more boring the colors, the better. I'm not trying to crush your creativity here, but you have no idea who the interviewer is, how prude they are, and how much of a fashion snob they are. So don't do anything too over the top. Just make sure your hair looks good. Hair can do a lot to an outfit. I wish you the best of luck regarding your acceptance :)

If you're not sure whether to go formal or casual/formal, it's ALWAYS best to go formal; black trousers, shirt and tie. You might look a muppet to other people being interviewed but at least you'll stand more a chance of looking presentable.

wear what you usually wear. i mean ripped baggy jeans might not be best but then going dressed up as tho its a job interview might make a photography tutor think you'll be a boring student who wont fit in. i would have worn skinny or straight leg jeans with a smart top
