How do you turn on a Blackberry Torch with a red flashing light and white screen?
-
I have the Blackberry Torch 9630. Nothing happens when the phone is not plugged into my computer. When I do plug it into my computer with a USB cord, a red light continually flashes. Sometimes it will stay red for a few seconds and then flash. I have gotten a white screen a few times but it will be on for a few seconds and then go off. Another thing it does is come up to the load screen, but it does not turn on the device once it finishes. It goes back to the blinking red light and white screen. What do I do!?

Answer:
The 9630 is the Tour. Just let the phone stay plugged in (in an outlet preferebly) as it could be very low on battery. If that doesn't work, take the battery out and put it back in while it is plugged in. It should reboot, or just push the power button
