How much will it cost to build/renovate a house?

  • How much does it cost to build/renovate a house? this house is located in evansville indiana, it used to be 9,900 but is reduced to 6,000. We are not sure if we want to buy it yet because of the conditions that it is in. It needs basically everything like water heater, electicity, plumming. has no kitchen (honestly i dont think it has anything.) {The discription of the house is 3Br, 2 Ba , some newer windows, most of the woodwork is original, some wood floors. Parking pad in rear.} I know it will cost thousands to fix it up but if we buy this property we want to leave it in good condition i just dont want it to cost something impossible for me like 100,000
