Whats the best way for me to lose weight fast?

  • im 16 and im over weight ive been trying to exercise more and eat healthy but my mom only buys junk food and doesn't listen to me when i ask her to get healthier food, so if you could maby give me a solution or a way to get around eating unhealthy that would be great thank you 10 points to the best answer.

    Eggs fruits oatmeals etc for breakfast. Always eat within 30 minutes of waking. Always. Burn more calories than you consume daily. Start doing the math. Learn to say no. Treat yourself to something you crave when necessary, not daily. If you work out aerobically and burn calories, you get to eat more and still lose weight. You gotta get that heart pumping. Join the gym and take classes!

Hey m 17. I wanted to lose weight for prom this year. I lost like 40 lbs in a month. You know what I did? I cut down my portions and exercised regularly. Not hard-core, vigorous exercise, because that tends to make me hungry and binge on unhealthy food. So I did normal level exercise and always ate only 1/2 of whatever was on my plate. I went from 170 to 130 lbs 
